Minyun Chen

Education background:
Shanghai University of Finance & Economics; Rider University

Working Experience: Worked as an instructor and also an internal auditor for the labor union. Worked as a financial executive for several wholly owned foreign enterprise (WOFE). Minyun Chen has researched the development of the accounting system of WOFE in China for more than six years. She knows China Accounting Standards, International Accounting Standards (IASs), and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) well. She has working experiences in real estate industry, software industry, and international trade.

Chunhua Zhao

Education background:
Peking University; Rider University

Working Experience: Worked as an associate professor of the department of Economics and the department of International Business. Worked as a consultant for the strategy department of Agricultural Bank of China, Shanghai branch. Chunhua Zhao knows China accounting system and UK accounting principles well. She has been following with great concern the changes of the China accounting system and its future development. She has rich knowledge about China banking system and practice.

Yinghua Mao

Education background:
Acadia University

Working Experience: Worked as a financial analyst for community services, housing Services department in Nova Scotia. Worked as a tax and accounting manager for two local companies in China. Yinghua Mao has five-year working experience in financial analysis and tax consulting. She evaluates the financial status, management performance, and cash flow for enterprises and the profitability for significant investment projects. She has the experiences of enterprise combinations in pharmaceutical industry.

Huizhen Cai

Education background:
Certified public accountant of People's Republic of China (CPA)

Worked as a principal of auditing department of a CPA firm and took charge audits of major manufacturing company, import & export company, and etc. Huizhen Cai has over 20 years of working experience as an auditor. She also takes charge of the evidence examination and verification in economic cases. She helps enterprises to grow and maintain its stability by finding management, financial, accounting, and taxation problems through auditing.

Hongli Liu

Education background:
Professional lawyer (Practicing Certificate No.30900011100849)

Director of Shanghai Research Institute of International Commerce and Law Hongli Liu has handled more than 800 various cases. He is good at Contract Law, Labor Law, Company Law, Commercial Law, Economic Law, and Intellect Property Law. He was awarded “advanced lawyer of judicial administration system” by Shanghai Justice Bureau in 2006.
